We all know that being amongst nature and walking in the great outdoors is benificial to our health and mental wellbeing. It lowers heart rate realxes the mind and body which has the affect of overall healing.

  It's common knowledge but not always common practice.

This is why I have created my photography therapy and wellbeing mornings.

With my guidance we walk into the woodland taking our cameras along with us to notice,create and find peace and tranquility. 

 

Taking time to stop listen,compose and create photographs that not only mean something to you but boost your senses, relax your mind and soul. This is therapy in its simplicity yet at a slow relaxed pace enjoying the surounding as we go.

Bringing the power of nature to you so you not only reap the benefits of being outside in the wild but improve your photography skills at the same time.

In an age where we dont always take time to stop ,relax and reset these photography mornings are the perfect way to take the well deserved time out. no photographic experience required just bring your camera along and enjoy.
